I placed my order, can I pay for it already?

Yes, you can pay for your order via the different payment methods. If you are collecting your order, please wait for the confirmation from us, before arranging a date to collect your order.

Currently we accept online payments via the Yoco online payment gateway which is safe and secure. We also accept payments via EFT.

There is no delivery charge in my cart, is it free delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over R999! So if your order was over R999, you can rest assured that you qualified for free delivery. We currently only ship in and around South Africa.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, the minimum order amount for online orders is R500.

When do I get my order?

 

Once a payment for the online order and shipping costs are finalised you items will be shipped and you should receive them within 5-7 business days.

What is your returns and refund policy?

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with our products, we accept returns for inspection. We may offer a replacement or a 50% refund if we identify any quality issues or defects for which Kitchen Garden is responsible.

Please be aware that delivery fees are non-refundable, but we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
