Service as It Should Be

Order Processing:

We start preparing your order once payment, including shipping costs, is received through our Yoco online card payment gateway or by EFT (upon receiving proof of payment). Our products are carefully packaged to ensure freshness upon confirmation.

Order Updates:

Kitchen Garden will send you email or WhatsApp updates on your order's progress. Our goal is to ensure timely delivery so you can enjoy your healthy superfoods. We deliver throughout South Africa using our door-to-door courier partner or your preferred PostNet branch. Alternatively, you can arrange order collection from our premises in Strand.

Shipping Timeframe:

Orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 working days from the confirmed order date. Please note that load-shedding may impact our ability to meet this timeframe.

Returns and Refunds:

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with our products, we accept returns for inspection. We may offer a replacement or a 50% refund if we identify any quality issues or defects for which Kitchen Garden is responsible.

Please be aware that delivery fees are non-refundable, but we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
