Cabbage - Chinese Michelli

To grow cabbage sprouts: 

• SOAK — for 6-12 hours in cool water to start the sprouting process.
• RINSE / DRAIN— 2-3 times per day thoroughly to promote seed growth.
• HARVEST— after 5-7 days. Or grow your sprouts to your preferred taste! You can taste them at each rinse to find your ideal harvest time. 

 

To grow micro-greens: 

• PLANT— your seeds can be planted right away!
• HARVEST— after 7-14 days. Or grow your micro-greens to your preferred taste!
