To grow wheat sprouts:
- SOAK — for 6-12 hours in cool water to start the sprouting process.
- RINSE / DRAIN— 2 times per day thoroughly to promote seed growth.
- HARVEST— after 2-4 days. Or grow your sprouts to your preferred taste! You can taste them at each rinse to find your ideal harvest time.
