To grow Alfalfa sprouts/microgreens using these seeds, use one of our Kitchen Garden kits.
To grow alfalfa sprouts:
- SOAK — for 8-12 hours in cool water to start the sprouting process.
- RINSE / DRAIN— 2-3 times per day thoroughly to promote seed growth.
- HARVEST— after 5-7 days. Or grow your sprouts to your preferred taste! You can taste them at each rinse to find your ideal harvest time.
To grow alfalfa micro-greens:
- PLANT— your seeds can be planted right away!
- HARVEST— after 10-14 days. Or grow your micro-greens to your preferred taste!
This product is available in 50g, 100g, 300g, 500g, and 1kg packets. Our packaging is also biodegradable, meaning it will break down naturally over time, reducing environmental impact.
