Adzuki Beans

Pulses are ideal for soaking or sprouting. To grow adzuki beans sprouts, use one of our Kitchen Garden sprouting kits.

To grow adzuki bean sprouts: 

• SOAK — for 8-12 hours in cool water to start the sprouting process.
• RINSE / DRAIN— 2-3 times per day thoroughly to promote seed growth.
• HARVEST— after 2-4 days. Or grow your sprouts to your preferred taste! You can taste them at each rinse to find your ideal harvest time. 

This product is available in 50g, 100g, 300g, 500g, and 1kg packets. Our packaging is also biodegradable, meaning it will break down naturally over time, reducing environmental impact.
