To grow arugula sprouts: 

• PREP — evenly spread a thin layer of seeds across a sprouting tray.
• MIST — the seeds daily lightly with water to keep them moist. 
• COVER — to create a humid environment and place in a warm location away from direct sunlight. After 2-3 days, or as soon as seeds start to sprout, you can remove the cover. 
• HARVEST — after 6-10 days. Or grow your sprouts to your preferred taste!

 

To grow rocket micro-greens: 

• PLANT— your seeds can be planted right away!
• HARVEST— after 5-14 days. Or grow your micro-greens to your preferred taste!
